Professional Racecar Driver Leona Chin Punks Driving Instructors

It’s become a common theme in automotive meme-dom: Disguise a professional racecar driver/stunt driver/professional driver as a driving newbie, invite a series of unsuspecting passengers to take a spin with the aforementioned ringer of a driver, then film the hilarity that ensues.

Ford did it with Mustang Speed Dating, a series that saw a professional female stunt driver taking a string of first dates on a harrowing ride in a Ford Mustang GT. Chevy put Jeff Gordon in a Camaro and had him scare the expletives out of an unsuspecting car salesman, then followed that up with an even better video punking an automotive  journalist that doubted the veracity of the first Gordon clip.

Now the most recent variant of these meme is a clip showing professional Malaysian racecar driver Leona Chin punking a number of driving instructors who are duped into thinking that they’re training a novice driver in need of driving instruction. As is the case with the other clips I mentioned, unwitting drivers are shocked and surprised when the ringer finally drops the disguise and reveals her true driving chops.
